This is a non-butyl high foaming cleaner. The sophisticated blend of phosphates, alkalis, and surfactants emulsifies animal and vegetable fats and oils which allows for complete cleaning and free rinsing. Ideal for meat markets, meat processing operations and slaughter plants.  Suitable for a wide variety of food processing cleaning applications.
